REACH AI PACS

From Capture To Signed Report

  1. Step 01

    Book & verify

Share the prescription and patient details. We pick the right unit, 40 mA or 150 mA.

  2. Step 02

    Capture on DR panel

A trained radiographer positions the patient. The preview appears in seconds, so positioning is fixed on the spot.

  3. Step 03

    Secure upload

Images go as DICOM over an encrypted connection to REACH AI PACS.

  4. Step 04

    AI pre-read & triage

REACH AI highlights regions of interest and moves likely-urgent studies to the top of the worklist.

  5. Step 05

    Radiologist report

A qualified, registered radiologist reviews the images and AI output, then writes and signs the report.

  6. Step 06

    Digital delivery

Report and images reach the doctor and patient by secure link, email or WhatsApp.

Important: REACH AI is a decision-support tool and does not diagnose on its own. Every report is reviewed and approved by a qualified radiologist.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We perform X-rays only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, or a veterinarian for animals.

We choose based on the prescription. The 40 mA portable handles chest, paediatric, emergency, camp and veterinary studies; the 150 mA mobile handles spine, lumbar spine, knee, other ortho studies and heavier patients.

No. The 40 mA portable runs on a rechargeable battery (100+ exposures per set) and can also run on mains, so it keeps working through power cuts and at camp sites.

No. REACH AI highlights regions of interest and prioritises likely-urgent studies, but every report is written, reviewed and signed by a qualified, registered radiologist.

The image preview appears on the panel in about 2 seconds. The signed report is typically delivered within hours , and studies flagged as urgent are reported first.

Yes. We use the 40 mA portable unit for veterinary studies, against a prescription from a registered veterinarian, at your home or at the vet clinic.
