Two Workhorses For A Busy Lab

Fully Automated Clinical Chemistry Analyser

A compact, bench-top random-access analyser. Load up to 40 samples and 80 reagents in a refrigerated tray (2–12 °C, 24-hour cooling), then let it run unattended. Smart sampling even prepares the haemolysate for HbA1c automatically.

  • Built-in barcode reader for samples and reagents
  • Liquid-level detection and collision protection
  • Automatic pre- and post-dilution
  • Auto-washing probe, carryover < 0.05%
  • Reaction volume as low as 100 µL
  • Optional ISE module for Na⁺, K⁺, Cl⁻
  • 8 wavelengths, 340–670 nm
  • Step-by-step maintenance guide on screen

5-Part Auto Haematology Analyser

A full CBC with a true 5-part white-cell differential. Laser scatter, flow cytometry and chemical dye separate neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils and basophils, and flag abnormal cells, so fewer smears need manual review. Its compact footprint suits labs with limited space.

25 reportable parameters · 3 histograms · 3 scattergrams

White cells (5-part)WBC, Neu, Lym, Mon, Eos, Bas (% and #)
Red cellsRBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW-CV, RDW-SD
PlateletsPLT, MPV, PDW, PCT, P-LCR, P-LCC
Research flagsImmature cells, atypical lymphocytes, NRBC, platelet clumps

Three sampling modes: whole blood, capillary whole blood (direct, ideal for children) and prediluted. Stores up to 150,000 results with graphs.

Portable or High-Volume?

Many clients run both: high-volume analysers in the central lab and portable devices for camps, collection points and wards. All of them report into the same REACH AI record.

Choose portable when you need

  • Results in minutes, beside the patient
  • Finger-prick testing at camps or homes
  • A few to a few dozen tests a day

Choose high-volume when you need

  • Hundreds of tests a day at low cost per test
  • A broad menu: 10 chemistry panels plus 5-part CBC
  • Walk-away automation with barcode and LIS
Powered by REACH AI

From Sample Tube To Patient Follow-Up

Both analysers support two-way LIS communication (HL7 on the haematology analyser), so orders arrive automatically and results return without retyping.

  1. Step 01

    Barcode & Order

Tubes are scanned; test orders come down from the LIS.

  2. Step 02

    Run & QC

Analysers run the batch with built-in quality control.

  3. Step 03

    REACH AI

Validated results join the patient's lab and X-ray history.

  4. Step 04

    Branded App

Reports reach patients in your own white-labelled mobile app.

  5. Step 05

    Teleconsult & EMR

Doctors follow up by video and record it in the EMR.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Both support two-way LIS communication. We connect them to REACH AI or to your current LIS during installation.

The chemistry analyser can run as a closed or open system, so you can choose. We help plan reagent supply either way.

A stable bench, single-phase power and, for chemistry, a purified water supply (up to 4 L per hour). We assess your lab before installation.
